Tennis Scotland is continuing to strengthen its performance and operations teams in 2022 by recruiting to fill two positions which will support the organisation’s substantial growth over the past 12 months.

The new Performance Partner and Administrator will play a key part in continuing to accelerate momentum gained throughout 2021 as the governing body strives to build on growing club memberships, a strengthening performance pathway and funding to support year-round indoor participation.

The Performance Partner will utilise their substantial experience to provide high-quality administrative support to the performance team which is responsible for building a world-class player development pathway. Meanwhile, the Administrator will bolster the operations team by aiding the delivery of administrative activities to fulfil the organisation’s key strategic objectives.

As the new recruits will support the Executive and senior management, in addition to working collaboratively with several areas of the organisation, candidates must be pro-active and motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills which will enable them to build strong working relationships.
